Engineering Solutions provided consulting services for this commercial development project on an as needed basis. This is a 24 acre site located at the Northeast corner of US Highway 95 and Durango Drive in Las Vegas. Plans for this site consist of 270,000 S.F. of retail space, anchored by Lowe’s, and will also include restaurants, shops, 2-story office building and financial institutions.
