Engineering Solutions offers a generous full match for up to 3% of the employee’s wages, and a 50% match for the next 4 to 5%. Of course, you can invest as much into your plan as you chose, up to 25% of your income, and the monies will be automatically deducted from your paycheck, pre-tax. Your package is fully customizable with 15 investment fund options, and you can make changes to your investment choices daily via an easy online form.
