Company Paid Medical Benefits

All full time employees are eligible for Medical Insurance through PacifiCare of California.  Engineering Solutions will pay for 100% for the employee’s enrollment in an HMO/EPO plan.  For an additional biweekly employee contribution, employees may alternatively elect to enroll in a PPO plan.  Family members can also be added to the employee plan at nominal rates.  Please contact the Engineering Solutions Human Resources department for a full schedule of employee medical insurance contributions.

All medical plans offered to the employees of Engineering Solutions include vision coverage through Vision Service Plan (VSP) and dental benefits through United Health Care.
