Engineering Solutions provided engineering entitlements and surveying services for this 15.75 acre lumber and shipping and storage facility, located in the unincorporated area of San Bernardino County. Provided detail design for water, sewer, grading , rail facilities, erosion control, boundary, topo, and design survey. Engineering Solutions also performed construction management from bidding through occupancy permit.

The project included a 2,160 square foot administrative building with parking, two large covered storage areas and the incorporation of a railroad spur allowing deliveries via the Union Pacific railway.
