Engineering Solutions provided site planning and preliminary design including grading, drainage, water and sewer for this golf clubhouse and amenity area for the Hampton Heights Private Residential Community located with the County of San Bernardino, California.

The project includes a muti-use clubhouse with parking, to serve both the community residents and golf course patrons. The clubhouse site was designed to be centrally located within the community, and to take advantage of the panoramic views over the project's golf course and lakes, as well as the surrounding San Bernardino Mountains and the lower lying hills within the City of Redlands. The site also features an events staging area, a swimming area with full-sized pool, wading pool and hot tub, three tennis courts, a children's play area, and a bocce ball and shuffleboard court.
