Engineering Solutions provided A.L.T.A. Surveying and Tentative Mapping services for this 530 Acre project located in Perris, California.

Particularly challeging was this projects close proximity to the Perris Valley Master Drainage channel. Much of this project was located within the 100 year flood plain, and the site itself was essentially flat, making grading and drainage design a major factor in the overall design and layout of the project.
