Engineering Solutions provided preliminary engineering and planning for a 156-acre winery resort in the Temecula Wine Country. The plan provided for a 150-room hotel, 84 detached villas, 2 restaurants, a 55,000 SF winery, cellar and tasting facility, and 101 acres of new vineyards. The project is part of a larger master plan including residential and resort condominiums.
